The department is currently seeking a small team of experienced Data Customer Officers to join their property development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing complex data entry and maintaining high data quality standards. The roles are based in Parramatta until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension.

As a Data Customer Officer, reporting into the Data, Team Leader you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support quality assurance processes and assist with complex issues
- Complete complex data entry with high accuracy, ensuring records meet KPI timeframes
- Identify and escalate data quality issues, exceptions or discrepancies
- Maintain the register accurately, meeting priorities and timeframes
- Review documents and investigate complex matters to clarify information
- Respond to complex enquiries from councils, government agencies and the public
- Provide administrative support, including reporting and correspondence

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar data-focused role, working with large and complex datasets
- Strong data entry experience is essential
- Experience in the Government and/or property sector is highly regarded
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedure
