This is a temporary opportunity to start immediately, reporting to the Team Leader. The role sits within a busy call centre environment and plays a key part in supporting customers across inbound calls and written enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Assisting customers with account enquiries, orders and general information
- Accurately updating customer records and processing requests across internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer enquiries

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service role
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy when updating systems

- A reliable, positive and team-oriented approach
- Experience within financial services or regulated environments is advantageous but not essential
