Due to continued grow, the following temporary roles are available for a minimum of 10 weeks:
Customer Service Representative – Call Centre (Temporary)
Joining the Customer Service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with their finance needs while maintaining the highest level of care and professionalism. Your focus will be on early intervention, education, and providing a positive customer experience.
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with general account enquiries, product information, and service support.
- Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening, understanding individual needs, and delivering accurate, timely solutions.
- Responding to queries regarding accounts, billing, transactions, and general service matters in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Educating customers on company products, services, and processes to help them navigate their accounts with confidence.
- Liaising with internal departments to follow up on customer enquiries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Meeting service-level KPIs, with a focus on quality of service, call handling times, and overall customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following aeras & posses the below personal qualities:
- 12+ months experience in a customer service environment within financial services.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to guide clients through financial discussions professionally and compassionately.
- Confidence in managing high call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude and comfort working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Working with this organisation on a temporary basis and reporting through to the Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing inbound and outbound early arrears and customer service queries.
- Collection of overdue asset finance accounts which are up to 30 days in arrears.
- Supporting clients through the recovery process and working with them in a collaborative manner to work out the best outcome for both the organisation and the customer.
- Communicating with internal and external parties where needed to solve customer queries.
- Helping customers understand their financial commitments to prevent future arrears.
- Working to KPI’s & targets while maintaining compliance standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Approximately 12 months experience in high volume customer service & collections.
- Experience working in financial services is advantageous.
- Ability to build relationships with a customer centric approach to collections.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and professional environment.
