The Role…..
Joining both the Customer Service and Collections teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with their finance needs while maintaining the highest level of care and professionalism. Your focus will be on early intervention, education, and providing a positive customer experience.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your duties will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with general account queries, payment support, and early-stage arrears.
- Providing exceptional service by listening to customer concerns, understanding their individual circumstances, and offering solutions that align with company policies and financial wellbeing.
- Proactively reaching out to customers up to 30 days in arrears to offer support and prevent accounts from escalating.
- Educating customers about their finance agreements and helping them get back on track with tailored repayment options.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues and deliver seamless service.
- Working to service and resolution-based KPIs, with a strong focus on empathy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
About You…..
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- 12+ months experience in a customer service or collections environment within financial services.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to guide clients through financial discussions professionally and compassionately.
- Confidence in managing high call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude and comfort working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
