The Job

Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Building strong relationships by delivering solutions-focused support
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and online chat
  • Guiding customers through their journey, from first contact to tailored solution
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring effective resolution
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide clear advice
  • Supporting customers in setting up and managing payment options
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
You
  
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the below personal qualities:  
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting or a related discipline are desirable but not essential
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within lending, sales or customer service
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex information over the phone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with resilience to handle challenges and changing priorities
