Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this is three month contract to assist the team up to 19th of December. 

The Job…..
By being part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will:

• Contribute to managing the group’s debtors ledger, overseeing debt collections, and resolving customer queries.
• Professionally and promptly resolve external and internal customer queries.
• Process purchase orders via Ariba and Coupla.
• Prepare customer invoices for smaller business units.
• Perform system and customer account reconciliations.
• Report on aged debtors monthly.
• Assist with end of month duties.
• Have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong time management abilities and can do attitude.

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections and Banking.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and intermediate Excel / google docs a benefit.
• Ability to follow and understand complex workflows between functions and systems.
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset with tangible examples.
• 'Can-do' attitude and eager to continue to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and summarization (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF formulas).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
