Our client is a central organisation within the NSW Government that prioritises community wellbeing across our state. Each business unit operates to the best of their ability with skilled and passionate staff that work hard on projects in order to better our community.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Corporate Concierge to support the day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the business unit. Please note that this is a contract role until 23rd of October 2025.
This role will be working on-site in Penrith, 5 days a week from 8am to 4pm. A valid Australian drivers licence is a must for this role.
The Job
Reporting through to the Corporate Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing front-line concierge services, performing reception duties such as answering calls, greeting visitors, maintaining a high level of customer service and support.
- Organising catering, preparing agendas, facilities management and following up on actions.
- Responding to enquiries over the phone, face to face and via email, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinating internal and external access to the main offices, providing directions for visitors, contractors and service providers.
- Managing multiple meeting rooms and delivering support such as scheduling and technology operation.
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate reception or hotel concierge role.
- Strong Excel skills as well as experience with electronic filing management systems.
- Valid Australian driver licence is a must as you will need to return rental cars.
- Must be available to work on-site in Penrith, 5 days a week from 8am to 4pm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
