They are currently seeking two motivated Contracts Administrators to join their high-performing and dynamic team within the Cleansing and Resource Recovery Unit. These Sydney CBD-based opportunities include one 6-month contract and one 12-month contract.
The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct field inspections to monitor compliance, service delivery, and identify issues such as bin presentation and illegal dumping.
- Resolve customer complaints through Pathways by gathering information and providing effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and building managers.
- Deliver excellent customer service across phone and email enquiries.
- Complete weekly administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
You
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms (Pathways, GeoCortex, OneCRM).
- An interest in contracts or contract administration is ideal.
- Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders via phone and email.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
