SB Recruitment is working in collaboration with Vestone Capital to source a Customer Onboarding and Review Officer with experience across developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts during this exciting period of growth.

Reporting directly to the Support Services Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Developing and reviewing contracts, and variations, for asset financing services and solutions.
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts required for settlements.
- Managing all paperwork associated with contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness of terms required for settlement and all AML and CTF obligations are met.
- Working with Brokers, Introducers, Direct Customers and internal sales, credit and legal teams to ensure that all contractual and settlement requirements and timeframes are met.
- Conduct hindsight reviews for reporting and monitoring to advise senior management on implementing decisions, matters requiring attention and training required for improving customer experience and process improvement.
- Preparing and reviewing the reporting relevant to the organisation's activities and obligations relating to AML and CTF.
To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:
- At least five years' experience in financial services with previous experience in asset finance, a proven track record working as a Contracts Administrator will be critical to the success of this role due to the transferable skillset.
- Experience with Odessa Platform and OLM systems (including daily reporting and reviews).
- Track record in developing and reviewing contracts and associated document preparation and execution.
- Strong understanding of KYC & AML regulatory requirements.
- Solid understanding of payments processing to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service commitment, communication skills with a passion for innovation.
