In this exciting contract opportunity, you will required to undertake the following tasks:
- Acting as a first point of contact to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding to a multi-channel customer enquiries and processing transactions in order to support the effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Providing high-quality customer service, consistently ensuring first contact resolution where possible.
- Escalating complex enquiries and transactions when needed to guarantee the timely resolution of matters.
- Maintaining up to date records and databases, entering data efficiently and accurately.

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Contact Centre Operator role.
- Previous experience working within the government sector and/or in high-volume environments will be highly regarded.
- Confident in navigating and working across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong customer service focus, with well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Highly organised, with the ability to remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
