Our client is a well-regarded government organisation seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Contact Centre Operator to join their dynamic and high-performing team, based in the Sydney CBD. This is an exciting 3-month contract opportunity!

• Acting as a first point of contact to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Responding to a multi-channel customer enquiries and processing transactions in order to support the effective and efficient delivery of services.
• Providing high-quality customer service, consistently ensuring first contact resolution where possible.
• Escalating complex enquiries and transactions when needed to guarantee the timely resolution of matters.
• Maintaining up to date records and databases, entering data efficiently and accurately.

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Contact Centre Operator role.
• Previous experience working within the government sector and/or in high-volume environments will be highly regarded.
• Confident in navigating and working across multiple systems and databases.
• Strong customer service focus, with well-developed problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Highly organised, with the ability to remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
