The Job
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will support the organisation’s AML/CTF and compliance framework, including:
- Conducting KYC and ECDD checks, including sanctions and PEP screening
- Assisting with SMRs, TTRs and other AUSTRAC reporting
- Maintaining AML/CTF documentation, registers and compliance records
- Performing regular transaction monitoring reviews and investigating anomalies
- Responding to internal compliance queries and providing guidance on KYC, documentation and policy requirements
- Assisting with compliance training materials, audits, reporting and governance activities
You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in AML/KYC within the financial services sector
- Experience onboarding individuals, companies, trusts and SMSFs
- Experience using GreenID is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain systems, procedures and reports
- A confident, professional approach to compliance support
