Reporting through to the Directors, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assess and prepare credit proposals across NCCP and non-NCCP lending, including private, distressed and complex scenarios.
- Review valuations, financials and company structures to support sound credit decisions.
- Collaborate with lenders to workshop loan structures and identify suitable solutions.
- Coordinate settlements end-to-end, ensuring documentation, communication and timeframes are met.
- Support workflow efficiency by liaising with sales teams and overseeing offshore staff while maintaining compliance and credit standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- 2–3 years’ background in credit assessment, credit analysis, or a similar lending support role.
- Exposure to private credit, complex lending, distressed scenarios, or non-bank environments.
- Solid knowledge of regulated and unregulated lending frameworks and how different loan structures operate.
- Comfortable interpreting valuations, financials, and entity structures to form sound credit views.
- Strong communicator with sharp organisational skills and a high level of accuracy in your work.
