Having built a strong foundation in SME asset finance, they're now expanding into higher value commercial assets and seek an analytical, motivated team member to support the growth of this new tier.

You’ll join at a pivotal stage where your insights will directly contribute to structuring deals, supporting client relationships, and shaping portfolio strategy. The Role
Outstanding opportunity for an emerging or experienced Commercial Analyst to:
- Conduct credit analysis and financial assessments on a range of asset finance transactions
- Evaluate proposals for commercial assets such as trucks, buses, construction and industrial equipment
- Analyse business structures and assess creditworthiness across diverse industries
- Support risk assessment and deal structuring in collaboration with senior team members
- Contribute to well-prepared credit submissions and recommendations
- Partner with Business Development Managers and brokers on tailored finance solutions
- Play a key role in expanding the portfolio into higher-value asset classes
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Some experience in commercial credit analysis, asset finance, or equipment finance (bank or non-bank)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret business financials
- A keen interest in learning about complex commercial assets and financing structures
- Strong attention to detail and sound risk judgment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders and clients
- Drive to take ownership of your learning and contribute to team success
- Exposure to transactions above $250k will be highly regarded, but not essential
