Reporting through to the Collections Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound collections activity across your portfolio
- Negotiating realistic and sustainable payment arrangements with customers
- Handling objections, disputes, and complex conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Reviewing account information to identify appropriate and sustainable solutions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within internal systems
- Identifying opportunities and risks early through strong account management
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and escalating complex cases where required
- Proven experience in collections
- Strong negotiation skills with a balanced, customer focused approach
- Confidence handling a wide range of customer situations
- Good understanding of compliance and responsible collections practices
- High attention to detail and accurate, compliant case notes
- Strong time management skills, comfortable managing a high volume workload and hitting targets
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, results driven culture
