The Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll manage a portfolio of late arrears accounts (30–120 days past due) across consumer and commercial asset finance. This is a role focused on proactive engagement, you will be working with customers to drive repayment outcomes and reduce delinquency across your portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of overdue asset finance accounts which are up to 120 days in arrears
  • Contacting customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and bring accounts back into order
  • Conducting skip tracing to locate and re-engage customers
  • Working towards individual and team KPIs across collections and contact rates
  • Identifying accounts requiring escalation and following internal processes
You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections, managing late arrears accounts (30+ days)
  • Experience working in asset finance collections a distinct advantage
  • Proven track record managing your own portfolio and working towards KPIs
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Confidence working in a high volume outbound environment
  • Skip tracing experience and the ability to engage hard to reach customers
  • A practical, solution focused approach to collections
