The Opportunity...
Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of asset finance accounts across various stages of delinquency. Your goal will be to engage with customers, provide solutions to help them meet their financial obligations, and achieve positive outcomes for both the business and the client.
  
Key Responsibilities...

  • Manage a portfolio of overdue asset finance accounts across different stages of delinquency
  • Negotiate and maintain affordable and sustainable repayment arrangements
  • Support and guide customers through the collections process with empathy and professionalism
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve account issues
  • Educate customers on their commitments to prevent future arrears
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting service and resolution-based KPIs
The Role...
Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will:
  • Take ownership of a diverse asset finance portfolio, turning complex delinquency situations into win-win solutions through strategic collections work.
  • Your negotiation skills and customer insight will drive both recovery success and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically handle varied delinquency stages across the asset finance book while designing sustainable repayment structures that work for both customers and business objectives.
  • Guide customers through collections with professionalism that strengthens long-term relationships,
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize resolution outcomes
  • Proactively preventing future arrears through attentive customer guidance.

  • Extensive collections experience within financial services
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
