In this exciting opportunity, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts. With your experience in collections and understanding of financial products, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team’s recovery objectives.
The Job
Reporting to the Commercial Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing overdue commercial accounts aged 7+ days
- Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements
- Conducting skip tracing using various methods where required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance procedures
To be successful in this opportunity, you must be experienced in the following areas and posses the below personal qualities:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in collections, ideally within banking and finance
- Exposure to commercial recoveries (highly regarded)
- Experience conducting skip tracing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport
- Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative, customer-centric approach
