About the Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for a Client Solutions Officer to manage a portfolio of Vestone’s broker and vendor partners. You’ll play a key role in building trusted relationships while supporting positive account resolution outcomes through a proactive, service-focused approach.
Your duties will involve:
- Manage a portfolio of broker and customer accounts, supporting timely account resolution through proactive, professional engagement.
- Work collaboratively with brokers and customers to understand account status, address outstanding items and agree on practical next steps.
- Maintain accurate account records, reconciliations and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Prepare and review reporting using Excel (pivot tables, lookups and formulas) to monitor portfolio activity and identify trends.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with broker partners and customers, delivering a high standard of service and communication.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve account queries, discrepancies and more complex matters in a timely and solutions-focused manner.
- Support recovery outcomes through consistent follow-up, clear communication and a considered, relationship-based approach.
- Assist with month-end reporting and provide support during audit processes as required.
About You
- You will bring at least three years’ experience in commercial collections or account resolution, with a strong relationship-focused approach
- Demonstrated proficiency reconciling accounts using Excel.
- Knowledge of BCOP, Debt Collection Guidelines, and the Privacy Act.
- Proven relationship management and communication skills.
- Resilient, solution focused, detail oriented and comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.
