The Role
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Managing daily sales activities across multiple channels including phone sales, face to face retail interactions, and web-based enquiries
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving sales and service excellence targets
- Partnering with operations to deliver seamless client experiences throughout the sales journey
- Providing exceptional service that exceeds client expectations
- Creating customized, innovative solutions that address the unique needs of key clients
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A natural ability to connect with people and cultivate lasting client relationships
- Flexibility to work across both CBD and Marrickville office locations
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:00pm (one Saturday per month with a weekday in lieu)
