The Role...
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role blends client service excellence with financial acumen. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through tailored payment solutions while applying your mathematical and finance skills to calculate loan repayments, assess affordability, and explain financial scenarios clearly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong client relationships through responsive, solutions-focused support
  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and clarity
  • Performing accurate financial calculations on loan repayments, interest rates, and payment schedules
  • Explaining financial concepts and repayment structures in simple terms
  • Assisting customers in setting up and managing payment plans based on their financial profile
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve financial workflows and customer experience
  • Developing deep product knowledge to provide expert financial guidance

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of client service experience, strong numerical skills as well as:
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, lending, or customer support with a financial focus
  • Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial information
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail, especially in calculating loan repayments and interest scenarios
  • Analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and customer outcomes
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
