With offices across Australia and the Asia Pacific, this known market leader has been experiencing year on year growth. Due to continued expansion a gap exits for a Client Services Executive to join a growing team working across a variety of retail platforms.
The Job....
Reporting through to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the day to day sales activities across phone sales, retail face to face sales and web enquiries.
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales and client service targets are met.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service.
- Develop tailored and innovative solutions for key clients.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- A natural people person with the ability to build, manage and foster client relationships.
- Comfortable working across the CBD and Marrickville offices
- Able to work between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday (one Saturday a month with a day off during the week)
- A genuine desire to build strong customer relationships and understand buyer behaviors.
- Enjoy building relationships, driving growth and a positive brand recognition.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and purpose.
- Results oriented and accountable for group sales targets.
