The Job…..
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Playing a key part in account opening procedures, carrying out thorough customer due diligence to maintain a trusted and secure client base
- Handling sales and purchases with clients, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently
- Managing account opening and closing, always maintaining a high standard of service and client satisfaction
- Following established practices, procedures, and regulations closely in your daily tasks, supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism
- Carrying out daily duties with genuine care for accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, keeping communication clear and professional with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing high value transactions with careful, meticulous management
- Maintaining a strong focus on compliance to support ethical business practices and regulatory standards
- Taking on additional projects and tasks from the Operations Manager, building your skills and experience along the way
The ideal candidate will be a customer focused individual with:
- A strong background in face to face customer service, whether that's showcasing luxury goods in a retail setting or working in a branch based environment, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding support and satisfaction to clients
- A collaborative nature, contributing positively to the team by supporting colleagues and helping build a culture of camaraderie and success
