Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists for a Client Services Coordinator to join their close-knit team. This is a varied position combining customer service, administration, order management and operational support in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.  
  
The Job
   
You'll play an integral role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
  
You will be responsible for the following duties:  
  • Processing customer orders, quotations, payments, invoicing and dispatch documentation
  • Coordinating customer enquiries and providing accurate updates on orders and deliveries
  • Maintaining customer, sales, inventory and dispatch records with a high level of accuracy
  • Assisting with inventory management and monthly stocktakes
  • Supporting picking, packing and order fulfilment activities
  • Delivering professional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Working closely with the State Manager and wider team to ensure daily operations run efficiently    
You
   
You are an organised and proactive customer service professional who enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You take pride in accuracy and enjoy building relationships with customers. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:  
  • Previous experience within customer service, administration, order processing or sales support
  • At least 12 months' experience working within an inventory-based or product-focused environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems  
Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, jewellery or precious metals will be highly regarded.
