They are looking for passionate and empathetic Client Service Officers to join their team in Parramatta ASAP in these exciting contract roles!
Please note that these roles will be based in the Parramatta office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) between 9am to 5pm.
The Job
Reporting through to a Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Plan and manage a portfolio of customer finances with a focus on medium to long-term goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and aspirations.
- Listen and respond to concerns from customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Escalate complex matters and update senior staff on progress.
- Managing sensitive documentation and complying with legislation and policy.
- Managing general administration such a records management, filing and data entry.
You
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Demonstrated experience in legal, financial planning, or client service support roles.
- Background in the legal, financial, or government sectors is highly regarded.
- Experience supporting community members or working with vulnerable clients is desirable.
- Willing and able to participate in a rotating phone roster, shared fairly among team members, covering morning and afternoon shifts between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
- Case management experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
