The Job….
Reporting into the Program Manager, you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
- Partner with project and change teams to build business readiness and drive sustained adoption of change.
- Apply change management methodologies to ensure consistent, well-governed and transparent practices.
- Engage stakeholders to support consultation, identify impacts, risks and solutions, and enable successful change delivery.
- Conduct change impact assessments and support development of practical mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to change plans and communications across engagement, training, leadership and rollout activities.
- Support project momentum and capability through effective knowledge transfer, handover and continuity.
- Coordinate change activities, monitor progress, report on outcomes and escalate risks as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- 1–4 years’ experience working on technology and process-based change projects.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft will be favoured.
- Previous experience working in a government or public sector environment is beneficial.
- Highly developed, collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and partnership.
- Demonstrated experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Working knowledge of project management approaches, tools and the project lifecycle.
