They are seeking dedicated Call Centre Operators to join their dynamic team environment in these exciting contract roles to start on 1 Sept 2025 until 31 Dec 2025, based in Grafton!
The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answer a high volume of inbound enquiries in a contact centre environment.
- Respond to internet, email inquiries and complaints about the organisation's goods and services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of information resources and operating practices and procedures.
- Provide accurate and high-quality customer service, enquiry resolution, update records and complete transactions.
- Meet privacy requirements and legislative obligations.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative activities including processing documents and applications.
- Utilise multiple digital data storage systems to locate, provide and update customer information and records.
You
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a contact centre environment.
- Experience working within the Government Sector is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across several systems simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
