Global Fintech seeks a hands-on Financial Operations / Business Systems Analyst for a six month period to assist with a billings system transformation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and has a passion for creating order from complexity.
You'll play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing financial systems, with a particular focus on our migration to Zuora Billings operations.
The Role...
- System implementation & integration by troubleshooting issues and identify design gaps in system workflows
- Create comprehensive training materials and step-by-step documentation
- Develop high-quality, detailed process guides for team members
- Identify and address process gaps such as contact integration, address management etc.
- Map, extract, and analyze data across multiple systems
- Run post-implementation data reconciliations
- Compare and validate large datasets for accuracy
- Test data requirements and ensure integrity throughout system implementations
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, AR, and Financial Operations teams
- Support day-to-day operational needs with flexibility and adaptability
To be successful in this six month fixed term contract you will have:
- Proven experience in business systems implementation projects
- Strong background in data mapping, reconciliation, and analysis
- Post-implementation data reconciliation experience
- Ability to compare and validate large datasets with attention to detail
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and concepts
- Working knowledge of Zuora Billings (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is highly advantageous
- Comfortable with system configurations (non-technical setup)
