They are creative and innovative accounting partners who focus on growth by referrals and client retention. As the business is growing, they have a need for a Tax Manager to join the team.
The Job…..
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing a blend of onshore and offshore team members who are focused on individual, SMSF, trusts and company tax returns comprising of approximately 600 entities.
- Distribution of workflow and working with the offshore team to provide guidance and support to the offshore tax division.
- Responding to queries sent from the offshore team and providing them with clarification.
- Liaising with clients regarding queries and tax advice.
- Manage client relationships and be the face of the company.
- Identify growth areas and work to expand the client base.
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum five years’ experience working within a tax & business services environment.
- CA qualification preferred.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced busy environment.
- Be technically savvy with a strong tax background.
- Experience of leading and guiding an overseas team is a benefit but not essential.
