Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate with an offshore team who are focused on delivery bookkeeping for a range of clients.
- Overseeing workflow and liaising with the offshore accounting team to provide guidance and support to the offshore accounting division.
- Responding to queries sent from the offshore team and providing them with clarification.
- Liaising with clients regarding bookkeeping queries and advice.
- Manage client relationships and be the face of the company.
- Identify growth areas and work to expand the client base which is currently professional services, HNW individuals, hospitality groups and family trusts.
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum five years’ experience working within a Business Services Advisory environment.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Be technically savvy with a strong bookkeeping and accounting background.
- Experience collaborating with an overseas team is a benefit but not essential.
