Our client is a prominent government organisation seeking an experienced and motivated Business Coordinator to join their dynamic team in this exciting Sydney CBD-based opportunity.
This is a contract role through to 31 July 2025, with potential for extension. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and based on-site at the Sydney CBD office.

Reporting through to the Business Manager, in this role you will be required to:
- First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide reception coverage and assist visitors and external stakeholders.
- Deliver executive and administrative support, including meetings, procurement, and documentation.
- Monitor and report on project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Draft correspondence, agendas, minutes, and briefing notes.
- Conduct basic research to support projects and informed decision-making.
- Organise meetings and track action items for senior executives.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in executive, administrative, and project support roles.
- Previous experience in government settings highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related tools.
- Experience with SAP and Objective is desirable.
