As Billings & Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a vital support role in maintaining smooth operations for the sales organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Salesforce ticket queue
- Processing account renames and data maintenance requests
- Ensuring process adherence and system integrity
- Responding promptly to sales team requests and queries
- Supporting analysts with day to day operational tasks
- Working closely with senior team members who will provide guidance and direction
To be success you will:
- Be a proactive, detail-focused professional with experience in sales operations or revenue operations within a SaaS business
- Have strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Understand the end to end sales environment of a SaaS based environment
- Be an excellent communicator
- Enjoy being in a hands-on, self-starter mentality with a proactive approach
- Salesforce experience or familiarity with CRM system
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
