The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the broker network and drive commercial finance growth across the WA region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long term relationships with brokers and referral partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver bespoke asset finance solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Stay across industry trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics to inform strategy and decision making.
  • Represent the business at local industry events and networking functions, promoting the brand and building visibility across WA.
You

You’ll ideally bring:
  • Proven BDM or sales experience within asset finance or broader financial services.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with an established or developing WA broker network.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills to plan and execute your sales activities effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
