This established global law firm operates across corporate law, banking, finance, and litigation. You'll gain valuable Australian work experience while supporting multinational clients including major corporations and financial institutions.
Your roles as a Finance Support Officer:
- Process payments and allocations across multiple accounts daily
- Handle EFT transactions and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with various teams and partners
- Manage client communications and queries
- Support month-end processes and deadlines
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptable team player
- Fast-paced environment experience preferred
- Accounting/finance background essential
- Legal/professional services experience a bonus (but not essential)
