They are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join their team in Dubbo ASAP in this exciting contract role until 5th Dec 2025.
Please note: this role will be based onsite in Dubbo, Monday-Friday.
The Job
Reporting through to the Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Performing various administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry and records management.
- Overseeing and managing the operations of the business support unit.
- Providing high-level administrative, planning, and operational support.
- Offering research and advice to senior management on administrative matters.
- Assisting with staff management, financial planning, facility management, and information services.
You
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Clerical and/or Administration role.
- Previous SAP experience will be favoured.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
