They are seeking two dedicated Revenue / Accounts Officers to join their dynamic team environment in these exciting contract roles to start ASAP until April/Jun 2026, based in Newcastle with hybrid working arrangements.
The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide prompt and professional client service for inbound call enquiries.
- Manage client accounts, including payments, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Support debt recovery and revenue collection.
- Maintain accurate client and financial data.
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports and update records as needed.
You
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:
- Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in an Accounts Administration role.
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or finance support tasks preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Able to follow procedures and work independently.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
