Our client, a recognised financial services provider backed by industry giants, is seeking an experienced and results oriented Relationship Manager to join their Commercial Asset Finance team in Sydney. This unique role combines phone based support with face to face broker meetings to nurture strong relationships and drive growth within the commercial asset finance sector.

- Serve as primary point of contact for new client inquiries and business discussions
- Gather comprehensive information about client business requirements and financing needs
- Collaborate closely with credit department to assess customer creditworthiness and secure appropriate approvals
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards throughout all sales activities
- Target, onboard, and manage relationships with new brokers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm lead development
To be successful with this opportunity, you will ideally have experience in the following areas:
- Degree qualified in Finance, Business or a related degree is preferred
- Ideally 2-3 years experience working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or a Business Development Manager in the commercial asset finance sector.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Aggregators in the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of operating leases and rental finance, with a solid background in both sales and credit management.
- Motivated and adaptable Account Manager who delivers exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as operate independently.
- Skilled at using analytical thinking to solve business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
