The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who approaches every situation, no matter how complex, with positivity, purpose, and a determination to deliver. To be successful you will work across:
  • Relationship Management & Retention: Take ownership of established client relationships supporting the BDMs. Monitor client and partner health metrics and intervene proactively, conducting regular check ins and QBRs to align on goals, assess portfolio performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Onboarding & Adoption: Partner with the BDMs to guide clients through initial setup, documentation and onboarding — ensuring they understand and actively use Vestone's financing tools to maximise their potential. Deliver training across front end systems, compliance requirements and product offerings as needed, and support the BDMS on tender responses.
  • Portfolio Growth: Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities through consistent service delivery and deep knowledge of each clients business and Vestone's credit appetite.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for client issues, coordinating across internal teams to drive resolution. Advocate for clients internally, translating feedback and data into process improvements that reduce friction and improve the overall client experience.
  • Operational & Compliance focus: Manage renewals, periodic reviews, maintain accurate pipeline and records. Ensure all programs and client activity comply with regulatory requirements and contribute to the development of scalable client success processes as the business grows.
About You
The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial asset finance either in an account management, credit, or client services capacity.  Other core competencies include:
  • Analytically strong with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to act as a central orchestrator between internal teams such as credit, funding and legal.
  • Structured and methodical approach, with confidence managing a portfolio, pipeline tracking and account health monitoring.
  • Comfortable balancing desk based analytical work with occasional client facing responsibilities without needing to lead from the front.
