They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Client Service Officer to join their team in Parramatta for an immediate start, providing support with investigations and complaints management.
Please note that this role is initially offered for a four-week period from the commencement date.
The Job
Reporting through to a Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality customer service.
- Investigate and audit contractor performance to ensure KPI compliance.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, delivering timely resolutions.
- Triage maintenance requests and coordinate appropriate action.

You
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution experience.
- Experience in frontline triage of maintenance or service requests.
- Ability to manage and prioritise high-volume enquiries.
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to monitor performance against KPIs and service standards.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
