‘Most recruitment agencies would only ring during business hours (usually when you are busy doing working) but SB recruitment will always ring when they had news for you. They have great jobs for the right candidates and they actually asked me where I would like to work and that they could get me a job there. Once I had made a list of where I would like to work I would get an update every week about where I stood with enquires and almost daily updates if there was genuine interest from a potential employer. Some of these names where the most respected names in chartered accountancy in Sydney……There was always a weekly update irrespective of the condition of the job market…..I actually asked to work at the place I was eventually employed at. I asked specifically to be considered for roles in entry level positions in chartered accountancy, if possible in insolvency and forensic advisory work and if possible in Sydney. Worrells in a known name in their line of work, a BRW top 50 firm in Australia, have a unique way of doing business and are conveniently located near Wynyard and Martin Place stations. It was exactly what I was looking for.’

'Sarah fully understood my requirements in terms of suitability for the actual role & suitability for the company. This was evident in the candidates that she put forward. I also found it easy to talk to Sarah about specific candidates – she accepted my reasons for not interviewing all that she put forward & didn’t pressure me into interviewing for the sake of interviewing…..All candidates put forward fitted the requirements in that any of them could have potentially suited the role. Although my needs were very specific Sarah managed to send a range of candidates from which to choose…..The whole experience working with Sarah was very positive & professional & based on this it is hard to offer any ideas for improvement.
