Should you require time off work, we require 3 weeks’ notice. This will allow plenty of time for your Team Leader to be notified and for them to make arrangements in your absence.
Should you require time off work due to illness, please contact our office on 02 9002 5000 by 8.30am and speak with your relevant Consultant. We will then ensure your illness is recorded and that your Team Leader/Manager is notified of your absence for the day. ‘Please note, we will require a doctors certificate should you have more than 1 day off due to illness OR you are ill either side of a weekend or public holiday’.
